Cats Haven Seniors and Special-Needs Kitties! These wonderful guys and gals need homes, too. Or consider sponsoring one of them!

Sinclair - I've got new friends!

Sponsored by Judy and Ken Hasselkuss

Greetings, everyone. I'm Sinclair, and I'm a really old guy. I'll admit to being 85 year old, but I'm actually older than that.  I was given up by my family and taken to Animal Care and Control because I had a big growth on my head. The good folks at Cats Haven realized that I still had a lot of life to live and love to give, so they took me, had the tumor removed, and I've been living happily as a foster kitty ever since. I'm a good old man . . . declawed, quiet, and love my foster family of dogs, cats, and humans. If you'd like to adopt me, I'd be more than happy to go home with you. If you can't take me home, how about sponsoring me?! Aside from my surgery, I've also had extensive dental work done so I can eat and gain weight again. Talk to the folks at the Shelter about me. They'll tell you what a good kitty I am.

Stuart Longtail - I'm very handsome!

My name is Stuart Longtail, and I'm a good boy. I was left behind when my former family moved away and left me, and it's taken me over two years to start trusting humans again. The good folks at Cats Haven had hoped that I'd go to a home of my very own, but I'm still not ready to trust anyone other than my foster family. Maybe one of these days I'll be ready for my own family, but for now I'm staying put where I am. I'm a big kitty, weighing in around 15 pounds.  I've got a very long tail (thus the last name "Longtail), and I currently live with cats and dogs both.Someday, I'd like to find a home with another cat because although I really like dogs, I love to snuggle with other cats.

My favorite hobbies are playing with the laser pointer and sunbathing. I really like to snooze in the sun! If you're looking for a wonderful kitty to sponsor, pick ME!! Contact the shelter at 317-925-7001 for more information. 'Hope to hear from you soon!

I'm a big baby!!

Hi, everyone! My name is Scooter, and I'm a very handsome young man. I've got one slight issue, and that's my back feet. They kinda aren't there, which is how I got the name Scooter. But my lack of tootsies doesn't slow me down any. I get around just fine, thank you very much!! I use my litter pan like the good boy that I am, and I get along with all my foster brothers and sisters. I'm available for adoption by a very special person or family that I KNOW is out there somewhere, looking for ME! If you've got room in your heart and home for a very different kitty boy with big eyes and a shiny black coat, contact the shelter! You can also foster me, if you can't adopt right now!

Gizmo!

I'm looking for sponsors!!

Aren't I a good-lookin' dude? How can you say 'no' to this face?! My name is Gizmo, and I came from a shelter where they euthanize older guys like me. I was thrown out of my family home when a new girlfriend came on the scene, and despite the fact I'd lived in my home for ten years, the new girlfriend said I had to go. Thankfully, I ended up with Cats Haven and can live out the rest of my life with my foster mom. I got adopted out once, but it didn't work out well -- although the family was very nice, I just wanted to go back to my foster home. So here I am, enjoying my golden years in comfort and safety. Just $5 a month would help pay for my food, litter, and vet visits. Call the shelter and ask about sponsoring ME . . . Gizmo!

Senior kitties make wonderful pets! So do special-needs kitties. If you can't adopt, please consider sponsoring one of our senior or special-needs feline friends!
